Dr. Lei Fan is an emerging researcher in nano-mechanics and micro-/nano-scale structural behavior, with a strong focus on the mechanical effects, transport phenomena, and interfacial interactions of advanced nanomaterials. Ms. Vincelet Jobikha A Arul Swamy is a promising early-career researcher currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Physics at Saveetha Engineering College, affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. Her research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of rare-earth-doped tellurite glasses and nanomaterials for advanced radiation shielding and energy applications. She has successfully developed a novel nanomaterial that enhances solar energy efficiency and designed an electrical circuit capable of converting 8 volts to 230 volts, demonstrating her innovative capabilities in applied physics. She completed her M.Sc. in Physics at Muslim Arts College, Kanniyakumari, and her B.Sc. in Physics at Infant Jesus College of Arts and Science for Women, graduating with First Class with Distinction in both degrees. Her foundational education, including SSLC and HSC, was completed at Amala Matriculation Higher Secondary School. Ms. Vincelet Jobikha A has actively engaged with the scientific community, participating in 15 international and national conferences and delivering both oral and poster presentations. She has attended three workshops and hands-on training programs across India and completed specialized courses at JNTU Hyderabad and Madurai Kamaraj University. Her technical expertise spans structural, optical, and gamma-ray shielding characterization, with proficiency in XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis-NIR, photoluminescence, and radiation shielding metrics such as MAC, LAC, Zeff, and HVL. Her research contributions include one Scopus-indexed publication with another under review, alongside four patents in advanced glass systems. She was honored with the SCOPUS INDEX 2025 International Best Researcher Award for excellence in “Glass Ceramics.” Beyond academics, she has demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills through active participation in co-curricular activities, essay competitions, and elocution events.
